What is Psoriasis ?

Psoriasis is a non contagious chronic inflammatory skin condition caused by abnormality in the skin in which skin cells are replaced at a much more rapid rate than with normal skin. Also known as an autoimmune disease, mistaking "self" as "non-self", attacking the body's very own tissues and organs. It is charactarised by plaques of thickened epidermis, covered by distinct silvery scales.

How to use Linotar Gel, PSE Cream and PSE Conditioner.

On the Scalp:

• Shampoo hair in the morning usinfg a non-irritant shampoo, towel dry.
• Apply Gel 1, 2 or 3 gently to effected areas. Allow to dry.
• Apply PSE Conditioner gently. Do not rinse off.
• Repeat application of Gel and Conditioner at midday without shampooing the hair.
• Repeat midday treatment at night. In severe cases use PSE Cream instead of Conditioner.

On the Body

• If lesion is red and / or warm use Gel 1 only. In all other cases use Gel 2 or 3 as needed.
• Wash body gently using non-irritant soap.
• Apply a thin layer of Gel 1, 2 or 3 gently to the effected areas. Allow to dry.
• Apply PSE Cream gently to effected areas.
• Repeat application in the afternoon and in the evening, ensuring lesions are dry and clean.
